5.) maglaro ng chinese garter, 10-20, luksong baka, jump rope, taguan, patintero, at luksong tinik tuwing gabi.

8.) sumemplang sa bike malapit sa kanal kaangkas ko kaibigan ko dahil sa pagpapasikat sa crush namin




9.) sermonan ng magulang kasi hindi ako sumabay sa service namin noon (Beloy naaalala mo pa ba to?, "DIAZ SERVICE, DIAZ SERVICE" - Ate Helen) Haha!




10.) maglaro ng straw na nilalagyan ng cigarette butt sa dulo ng butas at ilagay sa goma tas titirahin parang pana. (pwede rin pataas yung direksyon, pataasan!) XD



11.) MAKULONG SA JAIL BOOTH! Grade 3 ako nun sa St. Matthew's Academy! LECHE! Hahahaha!



12.) mahabol ng 5 aso ng sabay sabay, mapisilan ng bawang sa kagat ng aso, ma-injectionan dahil sa kagat ng 2 naka-jackpot na aso. At doon nagsimula ang takot ko sa doggie hanggang ngayon...



13.) Gayahin si MASKED RIDER BLACK at tumalon sa terrace ng kaibigan ko para grand entrance! Minsan may kasama pang usok usok para malupet!

Cosplay Plans for 2010

I don't have any.

Haha! Kiddin'!

Well most of my plans are masked anime characters.

I have done Moonlight Knight and still gonna wear it on the next 2 or 3 conventions. Then what's next? I dunno. LOL!

I'm planning to cosplay KR but it's still a plan. Haha! If time (and budget) permits, I'm gonna go for KR Kiva (can I rent/buy your KR Kiva costume?) LOL!

How about Zechs from Gudam Wing? The mask is easy but his suit isn't. Rau Le'Cruest from Gundam Seed Destiny? Still the same as Zechs.

Oh I forgot, I'm gonna "borrow" Erwin's Ashura costume. I was planning that costume but it didn't push through because of...BUDGET! Haha!


So there, anime characters who wears a mask. Any recommendation? :D

My Kamen Rider Addiction

I just realized yesterday that I am so addicted to Kamen Rider series! OMG!

It's true. Eversince I watched Kamen Rider Decade, I got hooked into it that I started watching the nine previous Kamen Rider series. I remember yesterday when Francis (poklet) asked me if I don't want to watch anime anymore. Then I suddenly thought that, "Oo nga noh? Di na ako nakakapanood ng anime!" But it's ok since I'm so addicted to Kamen Rider as of now.

As far as I know, I got addicted to KR series because of its fighting and its CG effects. (tama ba yung term?) :D

So there. I have only watched three KR series so far; KR Decade, KR Kiva, and KR Den-O (yeah, I go backwards!) :D

Right now I am watching KR Faiz. Among the KR series that I have watched, KR Faiz has a great storyline, I think. But I like KR Den-O!

The Spirit of Christmas

Before anything else, I would like to greet everyone Merry Christmas! :)

Christmas is just a couple of hours away but are we ready for the birth of our Lord?

To tell you honestly I don't even feel that tomorrow is Christmas. Maybe because I was used to the "Christmas Spirit" where most of the houses have a lot of Christmas decors outside. I don't know if it's just only in our neighborhood or if it's nationwide, but most of the houses that I came across doesn't even have Christmas lights.

I know that because of poverty and huge electric bills but not even a Christmas lantern?!

Then I suddenly thought about the real spirit of Christmas, the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

If you browse my blog. you'll see a blog entitled, "It's CHRISTmas, Not SANTAmas!", you'll see there how most of the people who are Catholic, awaits the arrival of SANTA than our savior Jesus Christ.

It's not that I hate Santa, and I'm neither a fan of him. I was just disappointed about how Christmas is about for some people. I may be washing my hands here because I haven't even gone to a mass starting Dec. 16. But still, I acknowledge and believe that Christmas is for our Lord Jesus Christ and not about Santa.

Anyway, I'll just watch a mass later on television and pray.

Survey for MY Otaku Friends

I just want to ask since most of us are engrossed in watching anime in DVDs, do you still television? Or should I say do yo still watch TV programs aside from anime (supposing you watch anime on cable).

I'm a "Kapamilya" as well as a "Ka-shake" so obviously I watch shows from ABS-CBN and TV 5.

So how about you? :)

Stressed + Happiness = Streppiness!

I've never imagined I would experience stress in this job.

Heck yeah the job is easy. All I need to do is go to school every 7 AM (just like a student), teach 5 sections of 3rd year students, then go home at 4 PM...well, suppose to be 4 PM but I go home usually at around 5 or 5:30 PM.

The other day I had a check up because of what I was experiencing for the past 2 days, chest pain. I was afraid what it could be so I went for a check up. Luckily, it was just a result of stress, nothing bad about it (too bad that half of my 13th month pay literally just passed by my hands because of the fee I paid for that check up and for the ECG.)

So hooray! Nothing serious. Right now I'm going to be a health-conscious person just what I was like before.

Veggie mode again for me I guess. So that's it. I just wanted to share something. :)

Just early this afternoon while I was checking test papers, I suddenly thought of my ex-girlfriend. I don't know why every month, my memories of her comes back even though I don't think of her. Just what is happening to me? Time sure flies by, 3 years I guess and I still haven't found a new love. Hmmm...too busy for that. Hahaha! If ever I would court someone, I'm gonna go for a cosplayer so that we both have the same hobby. :)

HeroCon

I.DIDN'T.LIKE.THE.VENUE!!!

I commend HeroCon's organizer because the event itself was great. However I don't know what got into their head when they chose A. Venue as the venue of the event.

I was relieved when they moved it from SM Marikina to another venue but I didn't know that they'll choose A. Venue. It would be better if they held it at SMX again.

COMMENTS:

THERE WERE LOTS OF BOOTHS! - Too many damn booths. The venue looked cramped because of the booths. No, I don't mean that the booths were waste of space. What I'm talking about here is that the booths were scattered, the layout of the booths made the event almost an epic fail.

THE STAGE WAS SCARY - Yeah it was when I saw how it was constructed. When we did our skit (Hunter X Hunter Group), I was afraid of jumping and throwing myself on the stage when we did our fight scene with Hisoka. I thought that the stage might collapse any minute. Aaaarggh!

COSPLAY AREA REGULATIONS - Why is it that cosplayers can't go back to the cosplay area after the cosplay catwalk? And why is it that some of the cosplayers can go in and out of the cosplay area?

VENUE - Did I say I didn't like the venue? Sucks. They should chose SMX. Really. It would be 100 times better if they chose SMX rather than this small mall.


GOOD THING:

Good thing is that I saw the cosplayer of Shinken Pink. When she removed her mask/helmet, I was like staring at a very cute ranger, she was pretty, she was cute, she was amazing and...and...and...enough. I just realized that she's my friend here in multiply! Haha!


Anyway, that's all. I'm lazy blogging now. Haha!

Problems With Some Students That I Noticed

I has been a month since I started teaching and I noticed some difficulties and problems that students experience in my subject.

First, they are reluctant to speak in English. It is so sad that only the star section is exerting their efforts on speaking the English language eventhough their grammar is incorrect. I admire that because at least they try. The rest are worst. Some of them cannot construct even a single sentence correctly. Now I started to think what happened to their previous years of studying English.

THE CAUSE: They are unwilling to learn English. I don't blame their teachers before because I know how much effort they have given just to teach these children how to speak English. I even heard a student of mine who said, "Bakit ako magi-English eh Pilipino ako?" I almost ticked when I heard that. I think that is a lame excuse not to learn and speak English. Well, try applying for a job speaking in Filipino, let's see if you'll get hired. Aren't they ashamed? In call centers, even the guards speak in English!

Second, they are bored and at the same time rowdy. Is it my fault? No. I try my best to teach them. I even think of different strategies just to make them happy and willing to learn. Their problem is that they are uninterested to learn. Like for example, each time I require them to do group work, they are like grade 1 students who'll just look at me witch such a clueless expression. I don't know if they understand what I say because it's in English. But some of them admitted that they don't understand what I say because I speak in English. Again, another disappointment. Who's to blame for all of these?

I don't go for lame excuses because if they really want to learn English, they'll have to work for it. English is the universal language and if they don't bother to learn it, they'll be left out...and that's what I don't want to happen to them.

I don't know, I'm just frustrated that they have reached this level with such low grasp of the language.
